The staff at Gyminators Gymnastics are specially trained by Paula Falls. Key staff members are CPR and First Aid certified as well as USAG Safety Certified, Professional USAG and AAU Members. Our staff loves children and realizes that FUN has to play a part in every lesson so the children will want to return.

Gyminators Gymnastics is very fortunate to have such a large, qualified staff. The staff will try to maintain the same schedule throughout the year.  However, your child may occasionally have a different teacher.  All the staff utilizes the same lesson plans and curriculum sheets, but every instructor has their own style of teaching. Please help your child adjust to a new teacher if this occurs.

Our enthusiastic staff is well trained through our Gyminators mentoring system. All of the teachers are involved with year round in–service training as well as continuous video training. Our office staff is always here to help you.

Coach Paula (Owner)

Gyminators Gym

Born in Nashua, New Hampshire, Paula brings a bright, joyful energy to our gym—fueled by her love for sunshine, boating, the beach, and anything involving the water. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find her spending time with her three grandsons, and her daughter Tristan. They keep her smiling and inspired. Paula became a coach not only because of her lifelong love of gymnastics and watching her daughter share in that same passion, but also because of the incredible joy that comes from helping children succeed. "There’s nothing like seeing the excitement on a child’s face when they finally master a new skill." For Paula, coaching is about more than just gymnastics—it’s about building confidence, strength, and passion that children can carry with them for life. She strongly believes in the power of community, sharing: “It doesn’t take one person—it takes a village to raise children into happy, healthy, productive adults.”

Gyminators GymCoach Emily

Gyminators GymBorn and raised in Jacksonville, FL Coach Emily enjoys taking her dog on adventures to different parks and beaches, spending quality time with family and friends, and—of course—cleaning up after her mischievous cat, who loves knocking things over as if it’s a game. When not in the gym. Her favorite qoutr is“…Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway.” For Coach Emily, coaching is an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling part of life. She finds joy in watching students overcome fears, build confidence, and grow as gymnasts. Every athlete is unique, which makes coaching both challenging and exciting—like solving a puzzle to find the best way to support each individual’s success. Beyond teaching skills, one of her favorite aspects of coaching is the relationships that develop. Whether it’s hearing about a student’s school day, a lost tooth, something funny that happened, or even a tough moment they want to share, Coach Emily values being a trusted part of their journey both inside and outside the gym.
