Coach Carrie
Carrie has been coaching gymnastics for over 12 years and loves helping gymnasts grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined both inside and outside the gym. She truly believes that gymnastics offers more than just athletic skills, it helps students build character and confidence they will carry with them throughout their lives. A former competitive gymnast herself, Carrie now specializes in coaching competitive team, bringing energy, precision, and encouragement to every class. She is Safe Sport certified, CPR certified, and is dedicated to safe skill progressions, fostering a positive mindset, and helping every gymnast develop a genuine love for the sport. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, Carrie’s passion is guiding and supporting gymnasts every step of the way. Outside the gym, Carrie enjoys spending time with her son and family, and she continues to further her education in gymnastics to keep learning and growing as a coach. One of her favorite quotes is: “It’s not about being the best. It’s about being better than you were yesterday.”
Coach Halle
Originally from New Jersey Coach Halle works as a behavioral therapist. She enjoys spending her free time with her puppy, shopping, and being involved at church. Her favorite quote is “Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point.” — C.S. Lewis. She became a coach because she wanted to be the kind of encouragement—and challenge—that she needed as a gymnast and a young girl. She is passionate about helping athletes grow in confidence, strength, and character while reminding them that courage can be found in every moment of growth.
Coach Emily
Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL Coach Emily enjoys taking her dog on adventures to different parks and beaches, spending quality time with family and friends, and—of course—cleaning up after her mischievous cat, who loves knocking things over as if it’s a game. When not in the gym. Her favorite qoutr is“…Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway.” For Coach Emily, coaching is an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling part of life. She finds joy in watching students overcome fears, build confidence, and grow as gymnasts. Every athlete is unique, which makes coaching both challenging and exciting—like solving a puzzle to find the best way to support each individual’s success. Beyond teaching skills, one of her favorite aspects of coaching is the relationships that develop. Whether it’s hearing about a student’s school day, a lost tooth, something funny that happened, or even a tough moment they want to share, Coach Emily values being a trusted part of their journey both inside and outside the gym.
